Meet our Founder

Marrianna White LCSW, LISW-S Founder, Clinical Therapist & Supervisor
Hey y'all! You can call me Marri. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, foodie, traveler, and proud pit momma. I am originally from Cleveland, Ohio, and recently moved to the Charlotte. I am thrilled to serve the communities all around Ohio & North Carolina!
I’m deeply passionate about holding space for all people, especially those who may not have always felt seen or heard. I take a strengths-based approach, which means I’ll always remind you of how powerful, resilient, and capable you already are (even if you don’t feel that way yet).
Think of me as your therapist who keeps it real real- with care, compassion, and zero judgment. I’m here to help you find that sweet spot between accepting what’s brought you here and pushing forward to where you want to go. We’ll laugh, cry, unpack, and grow… together.
When I’m off the clock, I’m probably breaking a sweat, brunching around Charlotte, or soaking up quality time with my family and friends. You’ll likely meet my beloved Pitbull, Ms. Kaia Marie, during a virtual session or two. I truly believe in practicing what I preach, so caring for my own mental health is top priority as well.
I can’t wait to walk alongside you on this journey! Let’s get to it.

What we offer:
EMDR/Trauma Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy used to treat a range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, grief, eating disorders, and addiction. Originally developed for PTSD, EMDR has proven effective for various mental health challenges. Using an 8-phase treatment model, EMDR helps reprocess distressing memories and reduce their emotional impact. Marrianna White received her EMDR training from Suzi Rutti, MSW, LISW-S, at The Institute for Creative Mindfulness.

Couples, Marriage, & Family Therapy
Marriage or couples counseling supports partners in strengthening their relationships through improved communication, conflict resolution, and emotional understanding. It can be helpful for deepening connection and navigating challenges. Family therapy focuses on enhancing communication and connection within the family system, helping members better understand and respond to one another’s needs.
Professional Development Trainings
We offer professional development trainings designed to empower individuals and organizations with practical, trauma-informed tools to enhance mental wellness, communication, and workplace culture. Our customized trainings support professionals across industries such as education, healthcare, and human services. We address topics such as burnout prevention, stress management, and creating psychologically safe environments. These engaging workshops are rooted in clinical expertise and real-world application, helping teams thrive both personally and professionally.

Clinical Supervision & Coaching
Marrianna White, LISW-S (Ohio), LCSW (North Carolina), provides clinical supervision for MSW students and LISW professionals.
"Professional supervision is defined as the relationship between supervisor and supervisee in which the responsibility and accountability for the development of competence, demeanor, and ethical practice take place. The supervisor is responsible for providing direction to the supervisee, who applies social work theory, standardized knowledge, skills, competency, and applicable ethical content in the practice setting. The supervisor and the supervisee both share responsibility for carrying out their role in this collaborative process."
-National Association of Social Workers 2023
Marrianna also offers business coaching for licensed clinicians ready to take the leap into starting their own private practice.
