How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Therapy can be helpful for anyone who wants support, clarity, or personal growth. You don’t have to be in a crisis to benefit, many people come to therapy to better understand themselves, improve relationships, or learn healthy ways to manage stress and emotions. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want a safe space to talk and reflect, therapy may be a great fit for you. Our first session is a chance to explore your goals and see if we’re the right match for your needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book my first appointment?

The easiest way to book a new intake appointment is through the online portal on our website. You may also email us to start the intake process.

Do you offer free consultations prior to booking?

Yes! We offer a free consultation with our clinicians up to 15 minutes.

What can I expect for my first appointment?

All clients: individuals, couples, and or families, will begin treatment with an intake appointment. The intake appointment may not feel like a first "true" counseling session. This appointment serves the purpose of reviewing practice policies, getting to know one another, and collecting a comprehensive view of the client's history. We will also use this time to discuss each client's goals for treatment.
