VIRTUAL APPOINTMENTS

The Key Counseling offers convenient and safe virtual appointments to anyone in Ohio and North Carolina! In-person appointments will become available to residents of Charlotte, North Carolina, and surrounding areas in the near future. Whether you're interested in virtual or in-person therapy, submit an inquiry form under our contact page. This will allow us to follow up with a consultation to begin services virtually and keep in touch with you once in-person appointments launch in the next few months!

APPOINTMENT HOURS

Monday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Tuesday: 9:00am-1:00pm 4:00pm-7:00pm 

Wednesday: 10:00am-2:00pm 4:00pm-6:00pm

Thursday: 9:00am-1:00pm 3:00pm-5:00pm 

Friday: 10:00am-2:00pm 

Saturday: 9-12pm (every other Saturday)

CANCELLATION POLICY​

We understand that there may be times where you need to cancel an appointment due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. If you are not able to cancel or reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance you may be subjected to a late cancellation fee. This is also the case in the event of a client "no-show.
